Punta Monpas - San Sebastian

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff made the stay a pleasure. Great location away from hustle and bustle of San Sebastian with amazing views.

Hotel staff were quite friendly but apart from that not a lot else,

The location and the room set-up with sitting room a bit separate from the rest of the room were great. Very clean and neat. Our room was on the top (1st) floor, which gave us a nice view.

They advertise breakfast available and a cafeteria open, but, none of that (except for berr on tap, wich was great) was operational while there.

Pagaba 122 euros para una habitacion sin aire acondicionado con temperaturas super altas. No estaba contenta. I paid 122 euros for a 'superior' room with no air conditioning in very high temperatures. Not acceptable.

The lack of air con. Very expensive, I could have stayed in a five star hotel instead for that price.

Locations is great. Full of young people, fantastic beach location and good surfing. As well as beach locations only 5 mins walk from very lively city. Picturesque place.

Rooms are small and bedroom is underground but service very good.

The staff were very helpful and the position is great!

I was in the room closest to reception so I got all the noise from reception - room 15

great location, very nice staff and modern and functional decorated rooms. They washed our clothes for free.

I liked everything

50 yards from crashing waves on the beach.

Fantastic! 2 mins from the beach, 10 mins for the best tapas in the world, best views of the beach, just gorgeous.

Location next to beach great and quiet, yet only 500m from centre of town. Small and friendly and a very different experience to normal hotels !

Cramped accomodation, no privacy when using glazed bathroom facilities (we were travelling as a group of friends) and view only available if standing at window. Very expensive for what we got. Staff spoke good English but not happy to chat.

Location was fantastic and it has been decorated very stylishly. The staff were helpfull and if you are travelling light, it would be ideal.

The rooms have been designed very economically with regard to space. I would prefer a room that is a bit more spacious.

I thought the location of the hotel was ideal, close to everything that is great about San Sabastien including the beaches, great restaurants, nightlife (the beer festival was across the street for the entire duration of our stay which was excellent). Also the staff were very nice and welcoming and the continental breakfast was very reasonable and a nice way to start our long days of adventure around the city.

The staff were very patient with my pathetic grasp of spanish, but above all, the friendliness of the staff and the proximity of the hotel to the beach was fantastic. I will be staying there again next time i'm in San Sebastian. :)

Modest on the outside, but very well designed on the inside. Modern, minimalistic decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Beach front hotel which takes in the sights and sounds of the esplanade, playground and surf across the street.
